lyrics

One summer night
Light years ago
No thought of love or romancing
How could we see?
How could we know?
We’d be together slow dancing

Lost in your eyes
Found in your smile
Wishing we’d always be in three-four time
Here’s to the Fates
Here’s to the chance
The dance went on and on

Holding your hand
Careful and shy
Dying for love and romancing
How could we see?
How could we know?
We’d be forever slow dancing

Lost in your eyes
Found in your smile
Wishing we’d always be in three-four time
Here’s to the Fates
Here’s to the chance
And the dance went on and on
